The existing roof was at the end of its lifespan, leaking and saturated with moisture. The owner wanted to install solar panels and needed the longest lasting roof possible.
We removed the old wet roof system, terra-cotta coping and old pipes. Mechanically fastened 1.5” insulation and 60 mil PVC membrane. They now have a roof that is highly reflective, doesn’t leak and is extremely durable.
